While transporting your dog for a walk, our experienced handlers will ensure they are in a secured, crash tested crate inside an air-conditioned vehicle. We do not mix dogs from other households together during transport unless they have been assessed and we can guarantee a fun and safe dynamic.
We firmly believe in humane approaches to animal behaviour modification and do not use any tools or techniques that cause pain or intimidation. The positive reinforcement techniques that we use allow your pet to make choices out of confidence, not fear.
We provide detailed visit reports and easy communication through the Time to Pet© app, available for iPhone or Android. You can also access your updates via full dashboard on your computer.

How It Works
General Info
Hours of Operation
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Our dog walking hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. We set aside a two-hour time frame for walks.
Services taking place after hours, statutory holidays and weekends incur a charge of $10.00 per day.
Billing and Payment
Upon completion of the monthly services, we will send you an invoice to be paid. Payment is due no later than the final day of each month. We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer. At this time, we cannot accept credit card payments.
