When You Need It!
Puppy and Senior Potty Visits
This service includes a 20-30 minute potty break with extra care and patience. We refresh their water and food, administer medications if necessary, and give some fun, focused attention on mental stimulation, and brief exercise.
Enriched One-on-One Experience.
Solo Dog Walking
For the pups that need a one-on-one experience with a handler, we offer a 30 minute solo walk. This includes enrichment, nose targets, long-line training for recall and teaching door and leash manners. While out on the walk, we will ensure safe greetings with other dogs and people.

Group Dog Walking Adventures
One of our professional team members will take your dog on an hour-long adventure with up to 6 other pups. We always ensure a positive dynamic for a fun, safe excursion and may require your dog to complete a solo walk before introducing them to a group.

How will you keep my dog safe on their walk?
We implement long-line leash training for pups on their walks. This allows them to feel some freedom while supporting safe interactions with other dogs and people. This type of training is also great for recall exercises and learning leash manners.
How will you transport my dog for the group adventure walks?
Our experienced handlers will transport your dog in a secured, crash tested crate inside an air-conditioned vehicle. Dogs from different households will not be mixed together for transport unless they have been assessed and we are certain that the dynamics work well. We put intentional care in selecting groups for adventure walks, allowing us to guarantee safety and fun.
What if I don’t want my dog to be off leash?
We understand that being off leash is not for every pup. We will never let your dog off leash without your full, informed consent.
What is your approach to behaviour modification?
We believe in humane, science-based approaches to modifying or redirecting animal behaviour. The positive reinforcement techniques that we use will empower your animal to make choices with confidence, rather than fear of consequence.
How will you keep me updated on how my dog is doing?
Petplayland Pet Care Services use the Time to Pet© app, providing detailed visit reports and easy communication with our team. This app is available for iPhone or Android, or you can access it via full dashboard on your computer.
When are you able to take my dog for walks?
Our dog walking hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. We can accommodate walks on evenings, weekends and statutory holidays for an additional fee.
