I have been using Petplayland Langley’s services since 2005 with my Dogs. Love the service we get from group walk / runs / swimming. I have used Lisa for vacation stays and overnight sleepovers while we enjoy a night away. Lisa has been a great in helping our young puppy learn manners and listening skills on and off leash. I believe her influence has helped immensely in my boys’ good behavior. I trust Lisa 100% with my boy Brody. And He Loves seeing his friends a few days a week. Keep up the Good Work.

Lisa as an individual, has dog sat & house sat for us for over 25 years. Early on in our relationship she tested the professional waters and through lots of hard work, developed the incredibly successful business she has today. Lisa is always expanding her education and knowledge by taking courses that involve enhancing the care she provides to the animals in her care. Pet: Sasha

I cannot rave enough about Lisa and her team. They are honest and trustworthy and, most importantly, truly care about the pets they work with. Someone on Lisa’s team, currently Kate, has been walking Sasha (8 year old beagle with suspected IVDD) for the past four years. We do weekly solo 20-30min walks. Due to her homebody attitude, Sasha is not always the easiest to walk, especially if she doesn’t know the person. But Petplayland Pet Care Services always makes her comfort and health the #1 priority. I love the consistent communication and pictures Kate sends. Couldn’t be happier.

Petplayland has taken care of our dog for almost 3 years since she was a pup. They have become a part of our family.  Lisa and her team knows how important our fur baby is to us so they keep them safe while giving them incredible doggy adventures.  They continuously educate themselves to stay in tune with dog behaviors and training, which is very important to us.  They work with us to create an environment that our pets can flourish in.  Our little girl loves her time at Petplayland and we are so grateful that we have them as part of our pack. I’ve been travelling professionally for over a decade and Lisa and her team in Langley have been right by my side through most of that time. We added an addition to our family when Winnie joined us but then the pandemic hit.  Petplayland pet care services were able to support us with not only training but also socialization for our new puppy. Winnie looks forward to seeing her group walk doggy friends and all the outdoor adventures they go on weekly. Her solo walks are great too when we work during the day for fresh air and a stretch. Recently, we were seeking a local dog walking service in Langley and your company was referred to us by another business. We were impressed right off the hop with your professionalism and that of your staff. Monique walks our 5-month-old Goldendoodle (Huxley) 4 days a week and is always on time, provides daily updates and pictures, telling us about Huxley’s progress and/or issues. Monique seems to have taken a real liking to our pup! We are also impressed with your website/portal. It is so convenient to be able to pay invoices on-line and be able to look at our schedule well in advance in case we need to make adjustments. So, keep on keepin’ on! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Petplayland and their amazing team! Lisa is incredibly professional and made sure to communicate and address all our questions. I felt so comfortable after our opportunity to meet and greet and knew my dog was in great company. Lisa sent updates and photos daily and even followed up after we returned. The staff and service @ Petplayland are wonderful! Since Pepper was a puppy, we have entrusted Lisa with her care. Lisa is 100% reliable, professional, accommodating, and she treats all the dogs as if they were her own. Lisa has been providing daily walk services in and around Langley for my dogs Flynn and Lucy, and before them Fergus, for over a decade. Pet: Max

Petplayland in general, and specifically Madison who regularly looks after my fur baby Max are super professional but also accommodating to circumstances. They have put Max’s wellbeing as their priority, they have adjusted walk times for the heat this summer and have been accommodating to scheduling changes due to Max recovering from a hotspot. They are always positive and upbeat and make us feel as though Max is their favorite. I imagine it’s like this with all dogs they care for, but it truly makes us so happy to be working with Petplayland. Thanks so much everyone!
